Problem:
In the past few years, El Camion has grown from one truck to 4 trucks and a restaurant. The previous website did not clearly show the truck locations or the menu. It was not mobile friendly, making it hard for people to order on-the-go

Solution:
Because of the food truck clientele, we decided to design the site mobile first. That way customers could bring it up on their phones on the way to the truck, or easily call in an order. We wanted to show all locations, and make each truck easy to find with inline maps. We also wanted to feature the food items, because that is what El Camion does so well, so we dedicated some time to shoot the menu. We featured the food photography in the design by showing a big picture of each item within the menu. Then, we focused El Camion’s social media. We made sure the Twitter and Facebook links were easily accessible on the home page to enforce their branding, and then helped run their feeds so that they would stay up-to-date and relevant.
